These terms govern your use of Activiamo, operated in the Netherlands. You must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account, joining an event, or hosting an event, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and conduct
Provide accurate information, protect your account, respect other participants, and do not use Activiamo for unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or abusive activity.
Events
Activiamo provides tools to create, discover, join, manage, and pay for local sports and activity events. Activiamo does not organise, supervise, inspect, endorse, or control events, venues, hosts, participants, routes, equipment, conditions, or activity suitability unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific event. You decide whether an event is suitable for you.
Payments, fees, cancellations
Stripe processes payments and payouts. Event prices, Stripe processing fees, and refund rules are shown before purchase. If an event is cancelled by the host, Activiamo refunds the event price through the app. The Stripe processing fee is not refunded by Activiamo for player or host cancellations; any compensation of that fee after a host cancellation is the host's responsibility and must be arranged directly between the host and participant. Activiamo may refund the processing fee only where required by law or when Activiamo caused the cancellation or payment problem. If you leave an event yourself, the refund shown at that time applies to the event price. Bank, card, Stripe, currency conversion, or other third-party charges may be outside Activiamo's control.
Liability
Sports and activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, accidents, property damage, loss, cancellation, and disputes between users. You participate, host, and attend events at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Activiamo is not responsible or liable for injuries, health issues, accidents, property loss or damage, event cancellations, user conduct, venue conditions, event organisation, supervision, permissions, or any other loss arising from participation in, hosting, travelling to, or attending an event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
No medical or safety advice
Activiamo does not provide medical, fitness, safety, emergency, venue, transport, or insurance advice. You are responsible for deciding whether to participate, bringing any equipment or protection you need, following applicable rules and laws, and seeking medical or emergency help when needed.
Termination and changes
You may close your account. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create risk. Account closure may not delete records that we must keep for security, dispute, fraud prevention, accounting, payment, or legal reasons. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.

Dutch law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact the Activiamo operator through the support details in the app.
