Activiamo is operated in the Netherlands. This policy explains how we process personal data when you use Activiamo. You can contact us at support@activiamo.com.
Data we process
Account and profile details, sports preferences, event participation, approximate or chosen location, payment references, support messages, device push subscriptions, security logs, cookie choices, and analytics only when you consent. We may also process event content, attendance, cancellation, refund, and payout records needed to operate the service.
Why we process it
We process data to provide the service and payments, fulfil our contract with you, keep the platform secure, prevent abuse and fraud, respond to support and legal requests, meet accounting and legal obligations, and measure or improve the product when you have given consent.
Payments, location, and providers
Stripe processes payment and identity information. Supabase provides authentication and database services; Vercel hosts the web app; Resend delivers transactional email; and Google provides Maps, Places, and optional Google login. PostHog may process optional product analytics only after consent. Activiamo does not store raw card details. We use a chosen city and event venue location, and minimize precise device location collection. These providers process data under their own terms and our agreements.
Sharing and transfers
Event details you choose to publish are visible to other users. We share data with service providers only as needed. Where data leaves the EEA, appropriate safeguards are used.
Legal bases
Depending on the processing, we rely on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and consent for optional analytics or other optional features that require consent.
Retention and rights
We keep data only as long as necessary for the service, security, disputes, and legal duties. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Some payment, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or legal records may need to be kept for longer where required or permitted by law.
